MEET THE FOUNDER
Tiffany Whitcomb
FOUNDER | FORMER CAREER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Tiffany Whitcomb is a former Career & Technical Education teacher who founded The Pipeline Project after recognizing the disconnect between the technical skills students develop in school and the workforce needs of the ski industry. By combining her background in education with her passion for mountain communities, Tiffany created The Pipeline Project to help students discover the unique careers while supporting the long-term workforce needs of resorts and industry partners.
A GROWING NATIONAL INITIATIVE
What began as a pilot program in New Hampshire is expanding through partnerships in Vermont and Utah, with continued collaboration among schools, resorts, manufacturers, suppliers, and trade associations to strengthen the future of the ski industry.
