The Pipeline Project is a workforce development initiative connecting K-12 students and educators with careers, training, and opportunities in the ski industry - and helping support that connection throughout the year.

Students interested in hands-on and technical careers are introduced to pathways in automotive, culinary, advanced manufacturing, health science and more. The ski industry offers many of those same technical and skilled career opportunities - but students often don't know they exist.

Career exploration events create the spark - then we identify the students who want to keep going. From there, The Pipeline Project puts its educator hat back on, working with students to understand their interests and skills and connect them with relevant ski-industry learning and industry-recognized credentials. Students can then build that knowledge through on-site experiences at a resort or industry partner designed to help them become more prepared - and more qualified - to enter the industry upon graduation.
